Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before confirmation

A request may be withdrawn before payment or confirmation without a service cancellation charge.

After confirmation

Once review, writing, material preparation, pickup or delivery work begins, completed work and committed costs may be deducted. Any eligible balance is calculated according to the actual order stage.

Quality or service concern

Contact support promptly with the order ID and clear details. Assignzo may first offer a reasonable correction, rework or service resolution. An approved refund is returned through an available payment method; processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Not normally refundable

Completed and accepted work, incorrect details supplied by the user, missed handover caused by recipient unavailability, or requests outside the confirmed scope are not normally refundable.
