Pickup and Delivery Policy

Service area

Assignzo is expanding to serve students across India. Current enquiries are accepted by email or Instagram DM. Delivery availability, charges and timelines are confirmed after reviewing your requirements and destination pincode; not every pincode may be serviceable.

Estimated timing

Writing and preparation time is separate from courier transit time. Both depend on the scope, page count, requirements, deadline, destination pincode and availability. Estimates are confirmed after review and are not guaranteed arrival dates. A revised estimate will be communicated if circumstances change.

Charges

Any pickup or delivery charge is shown separately during final price review before payment confirmation.

User responsibility

Users must provide a complete address, reachable phone number and suitable handover instructions. The recipient should be available during the agreed window.

Delays

Traffic, weather, incorrect information, recipient unavailability or third-party delivery conditions can cause delay. Additional attempts may require a reasonable extra charge disclosed before the attempt.
