Service area

Pickup and delivery options are offered only where available in Indore. Availability is confirmed during order review.

Estimated timing

Any handover time is an estimate based on the confirmed scope, deadline, location and current capacity. A revised estimate will be communicated if circumstances change.

Charges

Any pickup or delivery charge is shown separately during final price review before payment confirmation.

User responsibility

Users must provide a complete address, reachable phone number and suitable handover instructions. The recipient should be available during the agreed window.

Delays

Traffic, weather, incorrect information, recipient unavailability or third-party delivery conditions can cause delay. Additional attempts may require a reasonable extra charge disclosed before the attempt.
